I wanted to try a cozy and pub version of German food, and here I was able to find it! You get immediately transported to Germany on entry, with German football matches playing in the background, the standart 50cl draft beer and the excitement of German speakers while discussing their daily life. This place is run by a single man, that not only serves, but prepares all the food and cleans what's necessary. The food is made with love and care, the owner doesn't hesitate to explain you everything that is necessary. I ate the goulash, and it was truly delicious and just with the right amount of spices. I'll definitely come back to try to eat again, thank you for the awesome...
Read moreWas looking for somewhere to have dinner before the magic fountain show and we found this place which has good reviews so we decided to go for it. The pork was really tender yet not soggy and the cheese steak had a perfect mixture of tastes. All the staffs were really really friendly (smiles all the time), the prices were really quite reasonable (around 20euros for both dishes without drinks) and we left...
Read moreWhat we ordered was REALLY bland...I got the Wiener Schnitzel. I thought it was veal, but was just chicken. Breaded and deep fried - but not seasoned, it was massive though. Menu said it came with red cabbage but they served it with coleslaw - so I did not really need to order the side of coleslaw. Gravy was an extra 1.5 euros and tasted like instant gravy with some sliced mushrooms added. The Spätzle was unlike any I have had before, it was sad. The goulash was ok. The best part of the meal was the pretzel for 1 Euro. I ordered it with a side of cheese, dip that never showed up, and at that point I stopped caring.
