I recently visited this burger spot because I was excited about the design, atmosphere, and the music, it had a cool rock vibe that I was really into. Unfortunately, the food completely ruined my experience.

As a vegetarian of over 10 years, I ordered a vegan burger with a Beyond Meat patty. I made sure to specify this in Spanish to avoid any language miscommunication. However, what was brought to me looked completely different from the typical vegan burgers I’ve had. It had actual pork ribs, which left me very confused. I asked the waitress if this was the burger I ordered, and she assured me it was. After some hesitation, I took a bite, thinking maybe the vegan options in Barcelona had become more “advanced” – but it looked and tasted like real meat.

As I kept eating, I started to feel sick to my stomach. My friends and I debated whether it was real meat or Beyond Meat, and it wasn’t until I found the Beyond Meat patty hidden under a huge piece of pork ribs that I realized something was really off. At this point, I didn’t want to argue, especially since I had already eaten almost half of the burger. But I stopped eating anyway.

When I went to pay, I noticed the receipt said I ordered a “BAD GIRL burger”, which doesn’t even sound like “burger vegano,” and underneath, it mentioned Beyond Meat patty as a gift. I can’t understand why anyone would assume a vegan order would come with a piece of real pork in the first place. It felt like a huge mistake, and the waitress’s quick confirmation that it was the right burger made me feel like I wasn’t even allowed to ask questions.

We came at 13:30 to celebrate a birthday, at 14 people, not a small table. At 14:20 we had to call a waiter to be able to order because they were ignoring us completely. Half of the burgers on the menu were not available. Our burgers arrived on the table more than one hour late. Yes! One hour for a burger! They brought the burgers cold, and not even respecting how much cooked the meat should be. The burger itself was nothing crazy for the price. At 15:50 they brought the desserts with a candle. At 16:00 they asked us to leave because they were closing. We were still eating! How rude is that! How can you put people out even before finishing their plates when it took you more one hour to serve them?

Long story short : rock ambiance is nice, the food is okay but nothing special, and the staff don't care about you even when the bill is more than 400€. Go somewhere else, they don't...

Unfortunately, I was served rotten meat with a strong, unpleasant smell. When I asked the servers for a replacement or a refund, they dismissed my concerns, claiming it wasn’t their problem. They even went so far as to say the smell was due to me chewing the food and spitting it out, which is completely untrue. This experience highlights the unprofessional attitude and poor service of both the staff and the establishment.

Your claim that you don’t charge for meat someone wasn’t satisfied with is completely false. After I went to an employee and asked them to smell the meat, as it both tasted and smelled rotten, they themselves admitted it smelled bad. Then they went to the kitchen and came back claiming the smell was because I had chewed the meat and then spit it out. Even after I refused to pay, I was still forced to pay half, which is...
