(Reply to restaurant’s response) I edited my review from 2016 for typos and somehow Maps registered it as a new review. Yeah I’m very sure we ate at Copasetic, and I bet the prices don’t match anymore, they are bound to have doubled by now 🥲 Eating at Copasetic was a bad experience, I still remember it in detail. Vegan and organic means nothing if the food is made without care— and it was. I wonder if the management changed since then. Nevertheless, it’s an old review now, so I am happy to remove it. The staff was lovely, but seemed too laid back and paid little attention to the customer. I really have no idea how we ended up at that place, but it was a mistake. Nothing interesting on the menu, I had to order eggs Benedict for about 9 euro, which were honestly the worst eggs Benedict I've ever had in my life. Whoever has tried those and thinks this is how eggs Benedict are supposed to be like, knows nothing— including the one who prepared them in the kitchen. Copacetic, according to Merriam-Webster dictionary, means 'very satisfactory' and I can assure you it really was 😊. The vintage minimal style of the interior looks elegant and makes a nice environment for having a cocktail or eating. The menu list contains many original proposals for every time of they day. We are eager to try soon the greek breakfast, the crepes or pancakes and the hamburgers. Judged by the quality of what we enjoyed today, we won't be disappointed. Do try the home made lemonade with mint, rose pedals syrup and crushed ice. Apart being delicious, it's perfect for quencing your thirst in the hot summer days. Copasetic which means nearly perfect is an organic restaurant in the Eixample area very close to Plaza España. You can order eggs Benedict, an organic English breakfast, crepes filled with brie, spinach, chicken, mushrooms etc. They also have a selection of wholesome salads using organic foods like quinoa, buckwheat, fresh vegetables and delicious dressings too. Their selection of hamburgers range from organic chicken, beef, hake and the healthy lentil, quinoa and vegetable. Natural homemade ice cream for dessert with a variety of different puddings.
