I came to pick up a pizza that I order through the website and it was charged in my bank account. The manager said that he did not received my order and said that even I paid for it, I would not get it. His only solution was to contact my bank, but he was not helpful at all. He said that the tagliatella app was responsability of the headquarters and he did not expend even a minute to try to give me a phone number or email where I could get help. Super unhappy and super bad customer experience. I do not recommend to use their app and neither to go to a restaurant where they treat the customer in a bad manner.

Unfortunately, my experience at Tagliatelle was far from satisfying.
The pasta tasted like it had been pre-cooked and lacked any real flavor or freshness. As for the pizza, it was nothing like a traditional pizza – more like a thin tortilla with some toppings thrown on. Definitely not what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant.
The waiters were polite and friendly, but their lack of surprise at our complaints suggested they might hear this feedback often. Overall, it was a disappointing meal, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for authentic...
