La Tagliatella | Travessera de Gràcia — Restaurant in Barcelona

I came to pick up a pizza that I order through the website and it was charged in my bank account. The manager said that he did not received my order and said that even I paid for it, I would not get it. His only solution was to contact my bank, but he was not helpful at all. He said that the tagliatella app was responsability of the headquarters and he did not expend even a minute to try to give me a phone number or email where I could get help. Super unhappy and super bad customer experience. I do not recommend to use their app and neither to go to a restaurant where they treat the customer in a bad manner.

Muy mala experiencia en el restaurante. Había hecho un pedido online ( a traves de su pagina web) que se había cargado en mi cuenta bancaria. On a recent visit to Spain I met up with my extended family living in Barcelona for dinner. A few us met earlier to watch the FC Barcelona v Real Madrid match at a neighborhood bar, then we all went to Restaurante La Tagliatella (Travessera de Gràcia, 87, 08021 Barcelona)

This Ialian gem in Barcelona is fairly large. When we arrived our table for 12 was already waiting for us. The atmosphere was pretty alive and festive with families all around the restaurant.

We shared a number of pizzas and tapas, and of course beverages. The food was wonderful, the service was exeptional, and the vibe was energetic. If you're in this part of town during your visit, make your way to Restaurante La Tagliatella for a wonderful meal. You will not be...

Disappointing Experience – Not What I Expected

Unfortunately, my experience at Tagliatelle was far from satisfying.

The pasta tasted like it had been pre-cooked and lacked any real flavor or freshness. As for the pizza, it was nothing like a traditional pizza – more like a thin tortilla with some toppings thrown on. Definitely not what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant.
