I’ve been a regular customer and I’ve visited almost all the branches of them. But I’ve been very disappointed with my experience today evening. The food was very bad. We ordered a dish of squid, octopus and almost all of the sushi’s they had and it was very bad, I think it was probably made in the morning and served to us at night. All the food was cold, the rice in the sushi was so dry that they were literally sticking in my mouth while chewing . We did complain it to them but they did not bother to care. Service- Few of the order was served quickly so I thought the others might take time to cook but they seemed to forgot about it completely and we had to remind them and yet it was served cold, as if it was kept out for a long time. After all of this I had to pay 9 euro extra because I couldn’t eat their half cooked or old food, as that’s their rule.
I’ve been a suchi fan and this place was one of my go to places for sushi but am disappointed that how do they just start compromising in quality once they reach at a good repo....
Read moreWe arrived on a Saturday at 10PM, the restaurant was packed, and we were asked to contre again in an hour.
When we got back, we got seated and accommodations for my wheelchair were made (the restaurant is fully accessible). You order on a tablet, very easy to use : it allows to keep track, and add notes for the kitchen.
The food was consistently good : the sashimi is the best item on the menu in my opinion (thick slices and very fresh, served on crushed ice). The other dishes are very good, but there is too much sweet teriyaki sauce everywhere in my opinion. Also, the salmon on the nigiri is very thin. Mandatory beverage for each buffet menu.
The dining room is quite loud, but the service is lightning fast. You sometimes get your dishes delivered by a robot, which is very cool.
The prices are correct and worth it in my opinion. I will...
Read moreThe staff is extremely rude; they don’t know how to communicate, only how to impose! The sushi was very poorly made, with terrible presentation. On top of that, the restaurant literally forces you to order a drink—you simply cannot sit down just to eat. You are required to order a drink, even if you don’t want one. If you don’t drink, you don’t eat! Obviously, this is just a way for them to make more money off you, which is absolutely ridiculous. The manager almost kicked us out of the table just because I said I didn’t want a drink. He told me, “Then get up and leave, because if you don’t drink, you don’t eat.” Everyone was extremely rude, and the sushi was of terrible quality with awful...
