Hello, we were thinking about fried potatoes with egg and ham all day long, walking around the city we decided to go to this place, it looked decent from the outside. We made a modest order consisting of 4 items, the drink and salad were served quickly, but for some reason they brought 2 instead of one, then it turned out that there was no oil, we had to contact the staff, who did not dare to come up and clarify whether this was normal, then I asked where the ordered potatoes were, to which I was told that they would be here any minute (apparently they forgot about them), 30 minutes later they brought out the ordered potatoes with egg and ham, the waiter was not particularly friendly but let's skip this moment, starting to eat I find a fried hair, I turn to the waiter to which he reluctantly replies that it is from the chicken, having looked closely and realizing that this is a colossal mistake, he removes the dish and apologizes.

Of course, there was no longer any strength or time to wait for a new dish, and such an attitude was already beyond all bounds. We asked for the bill, as a result, they brought the bill in which 2 salads were punched instead of one, they apologized again and again went to recalculate.

I do not understand whether this is an acceptable level of service, but I have not seen such a disgusting attitude towards customers for a very long time, as a result, no one even said goodbye, did not apologize, did not offer a discount or any alternative for everything that happened, but simply silently decided to sit it out.

I do not recommend anyone to visit!

The rating of 4.6 is clearly overstated, a person is judged not by successes, but by the ability to get out of difficult situations as a winner, which the employees of this establishment...

Let me start by saying that as a travel expert/influencer , I have been to many countries and eaten in many places and never experience something like this….. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service in this restaurant. We ordered tapas and paella, drinks and only that. After we had finished our food, the waiter came with a tray full of desserts, there were around 10 different cakes. He told us « choose one» without any other information.

It was very misleading, the way the waiter offered it . We truly thought it was complementary, as this situation and way offered the desserts suggested so. It was a very heavy way of selling to customers, it all happened so fast.

In other restaurants, they ask if you want dessert. In this way they give you the cakes and say « choose one» as it was complementary. ( I’ve been to restaurants where they do this).

When we got the bill, I told them I didnt order dessert ( which I didnt) . The waiters were just trying to put the blame on me that I didnt ask for the price. I said I didnt want to pay for something i didnt order and they were quick to say that they would call the police, instead of finding a mutual agreement. They dont care about their clients.

For us it was never about the money, but the fact that they blamed us , their customers, for being « naive». And the hard way of selling, I feel tricket and deceived by the staff. And the way they handled this whole situation...

The spaghetti on the menu is small even though when it came out it was a lot( I recommend this). But when u asked how much portion is the spaghetti, other waiter said it was pretty small. The bathroom toilet was so small so I took a crap on the sink. The seafood was older than my grandpa, this was not an exaggeration, have of the muscles were dead and were expensive. In the booth, the distance between the table and the couch was short. The couch was in bad quality which was proven when a family of fat assess broke the couch💀. After eating my family flooded the toilet in mall next to it, each bathroom, each stall, everything wasn’t fresh and we were charged with extra things. The restaurant said since 1950 but forgot to say the seafood used today were since from 1950. I felt like I got scammed on the truffle sandwiches because they were a lot smaller than in the menu.
