It's great when you uncover a gem like this.
It's not your typical heladera/gelateria where you get to see what's on offer with bright colours and topping of crushed Oreos.
Each flavour is based on a story or experience of the owner or her friends and family. I went for a 'boring' chocolate and vanilla and it was by far the best I've tasted of those flavours. My partner went for honey and melon, again a major success with great examples of what you can do with these ingredients.
I did think that the focus on quality would come at the cost of size but even the small was a great size portion.

Probably what made it all sweeter was of course the service - they were so warm & joyfully encouraged me to sample almost every flavour... Eventually I ordered Banana-Peanut, Matcha-Lavender, and Coconut .... all in one heaping cup! They were so generous with the servings too!

Ended up going three times cause it was so unique and unlike anywhere else I’ve tried. Went to two other gelato spots in the area, but this by far was my favourite.
Flavours are unique and tell a story. I love the use of saltwater and fresh ingredients. They change it up every week so there’s always something interesting to try there.
