Orxateria El Tio Che — Restaurant in Barcelona

This is my favourite gelato place in Barcelona. In terms of quality, freshness, value/price, and the friendliness of the staff I can't find another place that can match this place. My favourite flavours are the Coconut which is from Indonesia ( I think), Cucumber, and the green tea with orange blossom. Each time I visit, im greeted by warmth of the staff. They are generous with portions and also happy to let you taste it before buying.

We’d better checked the Google reviews before trying this Russian roulette on ice cream. Their neighbor Mama Heladeria scores a whopping 5,0 stars. The ice cream of El Tio Che is not the best around town. Horchateria and ice cream parlor in Poblenou, very popular with the local people. On weekends there is always a queue of people waiting to be served. Usually the people consume the ice creams standing as is the custom in Spain, but there are some tables on the terrace where one sit and have, apart from ice cream, some beer with tapas.
