I visited this restaurant with three friends yesterday and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The staff were simply amazing, very friendly and accommodating, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The service was top-notch and they were very attentive throughout our meal.
Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! We tried the paella, octopus, steak, and tapas, and every dish was simply delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection, and the portions were generous. We all left feeling satisfied and happy.
The wine was great too, and it perfectly complemented our meal. We also tried the freshly made sangria cava, and it was simply delicious. The fruity flavors and the bubbly texture made it the perfect drink to accompany our dishes.
Moreover, the atmosphere was amazing. The interior design was beautiful, with a cozy and inviting ambiance that made us feel right at home. The lighting was just right, the music was relaxing, and the overall vibe was perfect for a great night out with friends.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for a fantastic dining experience. From the staff to the food to the drinks to the atmosphere, everything was absolutely outstanding. It's a 5-star...
Read moreI am fortunate to have eaten here a number of times, and having tried a wide variety of the dishes on offer I can confidently give Brisa Sin Prisa 5 stars.
The octopus with cognac is a showstopper, as the waiter flambés it at your table. Not only that, but it is incredibly tender with a delicious smoky aroma. The generous portion of garlic prawns are bright red with soft, sweet meat that tastes almost like lobster. The traditional Catalonian sausage was incredibly meaty and made from the finest pork.
The 600g rib eye is simply the most delicious steak available anywhere. Cooked perfectly over an open flame. Similarly the Tuna has a wonderful sear on it and is served over a delicious ratatouille.
The staff are friendly and helpful, happy to give suggestions if the extensive menu offers to much choice for you to decide personally. The Sangria, made with cava or red wine, is delicious and unique with a number of slight adjustments to accentuate it’s deep and aromatic flavours.
All in all, this is the best restaurant I’ve visited and a strong recommendation to anyone...
Read moreI was craving a hamburger so I saw they had one on their menu del dia - Salad with white asparagus, hamburger, drink, dessert, bread, and desert = 13.90 euros. The salad was normal w/ 2 pieces of asparagus and the very weird addition of thick cut white cabbage. Bread stale.
The 'hamburger' was just a big meatball served with a few chips. I protested that this is NOT a hamburger. Server was very friendly and tried to fix it - offered to replace it.
I explained I was craving a burger, she said she could take it back and have it fixed up. Ok. It came back on some stale buns with a little lettuce. No sauce on it - or served with it. I took a few bites and it was to dry to swallow. I just paid and left, I was not even curious about dessert anymore.
The meat was ok, but the sandwich maker was clueless.
