What a horrible experience ! I have never been disrespected to this extent in a restaurant ! During our trip to Barcelona, we chose this location because of my gluten allergy. Once we got there on the 19/03, a waitress told us that everything was fully booked and there was no way that we could eat inside (we didn’t know that a reservation was required). We decided to order two pizzas to go instead. While waiting outside for our order to be fulfilled, there were two gentlemen who arrived (so, after us), who didn’t have a reservation either, but the same waitress invited them to sit at a 6-people table, saying that the reservation for that table was cancelled last minute. After hearing their discussion by chance, I entered and I raised the issue with due respect. She was very annoyed and said that we could share the table with the two gentlemen. I am wondering why she did not invite us in once she learned that the previous booking for that table was cancelled, since we had expressed our intention to eat there. Afterwards, one of her colleagues comes to ask us whether we wanted to order some drinks as well, which we did. The first waitress, when she brought the drinks, she stumped the glass against the table in a very angry and disrespectful manner. Before leaving, we kindly asked the bill for the drinks, since the pizzas had been paid before, upon placing the order. When she brought us the bill, she offered the two gentlemen sitting at the same table the dessert on the house, to apologise for the prolonged waiting time. I am wondering what is the criteria to award this sort of gestures of apology, since we have not been awarded this despite all this situation. At the end when I raised the issue (again, with due respect), she started yelling at me. I asked her why she was yelling. I was talking respectfully, and I demanded that I am talked to in the same manner. All in all, it was the last time I come to this place and I would never advise anyone to go there. The degree of rudeness towards clients reaches...
Read moreAs someone who avoids gluten, finding a wide variety of gluten-free dishes can be a challenge. By chance, we walked past this charming restaurant and decided to step in out of curiosity. To our surprise, the menu offered an impressive selection of gluten-free pizzas, pastas, and desserts!
We decided to try the tuna and capers pizza, and it was absolutely incredible! Hands down, the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was perfectly thin, with a generous amount of toppings that were simply magical. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I couldn’t believe it was gluten-free.
If you're gluten-free and love delicious food, this spot is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their...
Read moreWe had a reservation for 7 pax at 22:30, they called us 5min before saying that they could not serve us on site, having our order to take out. But in the end everything was good however we felt very pressured to leave before they closing time, so staff would have enough time to get to the metro. We were still eating and they were charging us, even the restaurant was not close yet. We were allowed to split the bill but there was 2cents difference (from a 106€ bill) and the waitress came in a rude way to charge us for it. Of course we would pay, but the way she came toward us was super rude and unpolite. She gave us a hard time when we wanted to pay the 2cents with a 5€ note- wich was the...
