This morning I went for breakfast in Miam and ordered a French toast, which was actually very good, and a matcha. On the menu, I saw I could choose between green, blue, and pink matcha, which immediately confused me, since matcha is, by definition, green. I asked the waiter about it, and he reassured me that all three options were “matcha,” just with different colors. Their current rating of 4.9 does not reflect reality, and I did not understand why it is so high and how they collected 500 reviews in 2 months from opening. Then I realized that they ask everyone to leave a good review at the end, for me this is a sign of bad service. At the end they forgot to serve the dessert, we were waiting for it...
