LeccaBaffi — Restaurant in Barcelona

Was recommended by a friend. Found it extremely disappointing: waiters were nice, but drinks wouldn't arrive, and we had to constantly remind them about it. Asked for the same drink about 3 times, it arrived in about half an hour...food was OK, the first focaccia served seems they had it from the day before. When it was time to pay, our bill magically had more drinks than the ones we actually had. Of course we went to correct the amount: the rude guy who was at the cashier, looked at us as if we were trying to be sneaky about it and begrudgingly corrected the final amount (mind you, not removing the actual drinks we did NOT have, but choosing a random amount by himself). He was "Very customer friendly" by chewing food at our faces whilst we were trying to sort the issue, and not even apologising. I understand a busy night, but it doesnt justify rude management. When looking for a dinner I was charmed by the restaurant, the food looked delicious, the environment was great and it was described as Tuesdays with live music. I was in a countdown to go over there. For my experience it was the opposite of it. Starting with no live music. The environment yes, it is stunning, but my experience was slightly down already. Then when ordering our starters and main dishes, the rice and cheese croquetas arrived as they should, before the main dishes, the meat balls that were supposed to be starters arrived when we were nearly finishing our main dishes, and when serving the main dishes from 8 people, 4 got their dishes, and the other part had to wait for nearly 20 minutes to get their dishes. The service was very poor and rude. We were immediately refused a seat in the outdoor area because it was "reserved" yet all tables were empty until 3 hours later. We then waited 15 minutes for anyone to bring us drinks. We wanted to have drinks before food but the server was hesitant to allow this and said we "have to order food to sit in this section" even though it was nearly empty and we were planning to eat shortly. The pizza we ordered was fresh and tasty but was not cut for us, making it difficult to eat. The pizza was too thin to cut properly, likely to make it look larger than it was.
