Mundo Vegan — Restaurant in Barcelona

One of my favourite vegan restaurants in Barcelona! There are so many options to choose from and you will not be disappointed. I got the Patatas to start, these were fresh from the oven and you could taste how well seasoned they were. The Green Zumos natural fruit juice was wonderful and fresh.The Lasaña was my entree choice and at first I was expecting pasta noodles but I was pleasantly surprised that they used zucchini noodles! Opened my eyes to trying Lasagna in a new way, maybe i’ll try to make it at home.. I finished off my amazing meal with the Tiramisú and it was superb. Even though we only had 3 days in Barcelona, we went here twice, because we were absolutely flashed by the food on the first evening and wanted to try other meals from the menu and we found some absolute treasures again. On these 2 visits we tried in total around 15 different dishes and all were very good and tasty, but the ones that really stood out, were the "Momos", the "Classic Burger" and the "Carrot Cake". You should definitely try them. Almost as good and highly recommended are the "zuchini-rolls" the "veggie life pizza" and the "tiramisu". The food was pretty good here. I ordered on the healthier side so I don't know if some of the other dishes might have been more indulgent. But I was trying to eat a little cleaner. I got the Falafel which was good however I probably would not get that again unless it was in some kind of a pita. I also got a rice bowl which is pretty good. The tofu I think had some kind of a fish flavor although it was all vegan. That doesn't surprise me since we are in the Mediterranean where Seafood is very popular however I can't stand the taste of fish or the smell of fish so didn't like that too much but I'm sure if you're not adverse to that you would enjoy.
