NAP is a pizzeria chain, and this is the Barcelona branch. It holds AVPN certification, ensuring some authenticity. Their pizzas resemble those from the famously uncertified Da Michele, with slightly oversized doughs, measuring around 35cm (which is on the larger end). Small differences in diameter are significant, as the area increases with the square of the diameter—so a 35cm dough is roughly twice the size of a 25cm one.
They bake the pizzas in a wood-fired oven, with a 485° sign displayed above, though I couldn’t spot a thermometer reading. To be honest, few pizzerias can precisely control oven temperature; most don’t even have temperature gauges except for the observant eye of the pizzaiolos.
From the menu, the only ingredient with a specified geographical origin is Gran Padano cheese. The mozzarella doesn’t list its milk type, but it seems to be fior di latte (cow’s milk). There's no indication of San Marzano tomatoes either but they taste alright. The menu is somewhat limited with 14 different pizzas but nothing exotic or avangarde presumably because of the cost management limitations.
The prices are very reasonable (ranges from 5.9 to 10.9 Euros at the time of writing), offering great value for the quality. While this may not be the absolute best pizza in town, the price-to-performance ratio is...

Upon entering, I asked the staff for pizza recommendations, but was met with an abrupt response instructing me to "check the menu" without any interest in assisting further. The staff’s attitude throughout the visit came across as unhelpful and unfriendly, which set a negative tone from the beginning.
I ordered a pizza for €13, but what I received was far below expectations. The pizza was extremely thin and lacked proper structure — it had no tomato base, only watery toppings that made the entire pizza soggy and impossible to pick up without it falling apart. It was unfortunately one of the poorest pizzas I’ve had, both in taste and quality.
When I finished eating and asked where to dispose of the pizza boxes, the staff responded with visible frustration and took them from me with a heavy sigh, rather than simply directing me to the bin. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unpleasant.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend NAP Pizza. The combination of poor service, unwelcoming staff, and subpar food makes it a place I would not return to. There are many other great pizza spots in Barcelona where your money would be much...

They literally became our friends while enjoying our dinner; we may be biased due to the fact we were sitting at the bar with our own bartender as a server but after spending hours there, we observed the friendly, charismatic and genuine staff that make this place what it is. To top off our experience, you can see in the group photo, that they let my girlfriend and I stay after-hours for a traditional drink of Lemocillo* from their hometown of Naples. It was an unforgettable experience and cannot wait to return solely for a visit here!
Food: The pizza aaa literally more amazing than my words can describe! So just go there and see for yourself! You can order pizza to-go which seemed to be faster, unless you want to hang out with a great group of guys!
Atmosphere: Small but lively, but if you can sit at the bar, than sit at the bar! It’s a lot...
