This was the worst costumer service and staff attitude I ever experienced in my life… We entered with the intention to purchase two sandwiches on the go because we were heading to public institution appointment but the lady serving on the counter was too busy talking with her colleague and made a gesture like she’s busy ! We waited patiently but after a couple of minutes we asked again and when we insisted and explained the situation she simply refused to serve us just because we insisted after waiting all that time !! Then she passed us to a male colleague who gestured us to shush because we’re questioning her attitude but wasn’t bothered of her screaming and using bad language … I’m not the type of person to complain easily because I believe that everyone can have a bad day but this was outrageous !! Avoid...

We were excited to try this place as the setting in the square is really nice. Unfortunately the experience we had was quite awful, with some of the worst service we have experienced in 7 years living in Barcelona. The waitress couldn't be bothered to do anything except act like the Covid police. We perfectly understand that there needs to be distance between tables - we had moved the table slightly to the shade and were told it was against covid rules, then we were moved twice by the waitress, finally to a dirty table that was back to back with the people behind. The food was mediocre at best and didn't all arrive at the same time. Don't go! There are so many lovely bars in the area, don't waste your money...
