He pedido un croissant clásico, un croissant de praliné, y una tarta de limón y una de frambuesa. Para ser objetivo, el croissant estaba bastante plof, no tenía nada de consistencia crocante, estaba bastante frio y cuando lo vas a pedir, los tienen todos amontonados en un pila, lo que hace dudar de su frescura. Sinceramente, para vanagloriarse de ser el mejor croissant de España, podrían prestar atención a los detalles . No pueden hacer publicidad y estar orgulloso de dicha distinción y descuidar tanto el producto. El Croissant de praliné estaba muy bueno. La tarta de limón estaba ok, aunque no se siente el sabor del limón. Para mi gusto tiene mucho merengue y se pierde el sabor del limón (que debería primar). La tartatela de frambuesa es muy buena, el sabor es equilibrado, la fruta es fresca y tiene una confitura en el centro de cada frambuesa que está muy buena.
