It’s a quite nice Italian street food pizza place in the heart of Barcelona. But I found a bit weird how they treat their customers I came there during the evening and made an order for one little diavola pizza. They told me to wait about 10 minutes. About 4 minutes after me, one Italian guy appeared and it was obvious that he didn’t show up before. He made an order and started speaking Italian with the staff. It could have been a regular story, but there was one detail. He got his pizza before me, even tho he made an order quite some time after me. I got a bit confused, was it because the guy was also Italian and the guys in the pizza place were a bit bias towards him or maybe they just simply forgot about mine pizza - dunno. I was not in the mood to ask. But this was not very nice, because I had to wait more The taste of pizza was quite good, so I won’t complain about it. Our pizzas came in less then 10 minutes which is quite common for such type of a pizza (although many places still like their customers to wait!) Although the dough (especially the crust) might have had a slightly more airy texture, the balance of the taste was good. All pizzas we tasted had good-quality ingredients and were balanced in taste and side.
I really recommend this place for both takeout and dine-in, especially when it is warm...
Read moreIf you like burnt soggy pizza with a bland taste and a rude store owner this is your spot! With soggy pizza you will need a napkin. Usually in a normal restaurant you are able to take a napkin from the stack of napkins by the register. But not at this store! For the first time in my life I got scolded for taking a napkin from the stack of napkins next to the register. The store wench scolded me in Italian for not asking for a napkin that anyone would assume you are able to take freely like any other store. If the pizza was good I could let it slide but sadly it was all a complete disaster 😢 with some cooking lessons and an attitude adjustment this place could...
