I was in many stores in Barcelona who sell clothes but this one was the only store that did not overwhelmed me totally with lights and colors. This one was a true calming down store with smooth light, the colors were sorted and not mixed all around. The people working there seemed really chill and polite. They asked me if I need help after some time which did not gave me the pressure like in other places which is uncommon for Barcelona. Barcelona is super busy and there I could calm down and just have a look around. I also bought some things I would not spend so much money on but the quality is just way better then in other places. You also find good chairs with tables in front of the changing room which is a huge plus for everyone...especially men...

Ayer día 19/08 sobre las 21h acudo a esta tienda para hacer un cambio de un pantalón de mi hija. Al ir con carrito pregunto por el ascensor (ya que la planta de ropa infantil es la baja) y me acompaña una chica hasta abajo. Hago el cambio, me atiende una trabajadora de unos 40 y algo, argentina (digo la nacionalidad para que se sepa quien es porque de las cuatro chicas que había en tienda era la única argentina), de pelo ni muy corto ni muy largo (no me fijé bien) y oscuro. Le digo que sus compañeras de arriba me han comentado que para volver a subir me tiene que volver a acompañar una de ellas (ya que el ascensor estaba dentro) y primero me dice que solo están ellas dos abajo y que por lo tanto no puede acompañarme ninguna, y seguido me dice que el ascensor no funciona y que tengo que subir por las escaleras mecánicas con un carrito con una bebé dentro. Le digo que no puedo subir en escaleras mecánicas, que sus compañeras de arriba no me han comentado que para subir no iba el ascensor (cosa que no me termina de cuadrar), y me contesta con un tono alto y despectivo que lo siente y que es lo que hay. Procede a "ayudarme" sin ganas a subir con el carro por las escaleras, ella se pone en la parte de delante y yo en la de atrás, cuando llegamos arriba a la señora no se le ocurre levantar el carro para pasar de las escaleras mecánicas al suelo, y si no es por mí que no sé ni cómo hice para ponerme delante y levantarlo, mi hija hubiera caído de cara y no me quiero ni imaginar lo que hubiera podido pasar, porque creo que es totalmente imaginable lo PELIGROSO que es subir con un carro por unas escaleras mecánicas. Fue un momento horrible para mí como madre, intentando evitar que mi hija se coma el suelo por culpa de esa señora. Mi hija obviamente se asusta y llora, y lo más fuerte de todo esto, es que la maleducada de la dependienta huye como una rata y ni disculpas pide, mientras yo intento calmar a mi hija y ver que no se haya hecho daño. Desde aquí te digo bonita, que le des las gracias a dios o a quien quieras que a mi hija no le llegó a pasar nada, porque si hubiera llegado a tocar el suelo, te hubieras metido en un problema bien gordo. Podéis ver las cámaras, mirad como vuestra dependienta pone a una niña de un año y...
