The place really has a reasonable ramen menu. They offered both sushi and ramen for about 11 euros. It is not bad!

The sushi was good. The rice was cooked well and the proportions of fillings to rice was adequate. I have no complaints on this.

Their ramen, was where the problem started. I got the soya ramen and it was very very salty. As an Asian, I think I'm more used to the saltiness of food. But their ramen, I could not even finish! The broth, I agree that it was soya, but it was just too salty! Aside from that, the broth did not have the developed flavors of a proper stock. It was like trying to make up for the lack of flavor with the soya that was just too salty.

EDITO PARA RESPONDER LA RESPUESTA DEL RESTAURANTE Yo lo lamento mucho más que usted, ya que pagué por una "comida" que no pude comerme. Es más, si tan orgullosos están de sus platos, cómo es posible que cuando un cliente se queja a los camareros, le giren la cara? le tuve que decir dos veces, me has escuchado? te estoy comentando que me habéis servido un plato que no está bien. Ni se molestó en pedir disculpas, ni ofrecerme otra cosa a cambio, simplemente se la sudó, cobró y adiós muy buenas.

Por cierto, que usen alimentos frescos no lo dudo en ningún momento, pero fresco no significa CRUDO, las verduras estaban sin cocinar, totalmente crudas. Tampoco dudo que los fideos los hagan ustedes, pero eso eran fideos recalentados, blandos, con bloques pegados entre ellos, con una salsa dulce sin ton ni son.

Quiero pensar que tuvieron un mal día en general, pero mi comentario ni es falso ni difamatorio, estoy ofendida por la comida que tuvisteis el valor de servirme y por el trato. Si un cliente se queja es su responsabilidad, pedir disculpas y cambiar el plato o atenerse a las consecuencias de una mala crítica en google. COMENTARIO ANTERIOR 🤮 Los peores fideos de mi vida, y fui con mucho hambre… eran fideos con verduras, las verduras todas crudas! Una salsa asquerosa y trozos de fideos pegados, unos largos, otros cortos, que se veía que habían aprovechado lo de otros platos. Le dije al camarero que eran incomestibles y lo peor que he probado jamás y su respuesta fue: ya, ya… A pesar de que me los dejé enteros, la cuenta la cobraron, y por cierto, el precio el doble que cualquier otro chino dónde los fideos te los puedes terminar, 8,95€, os lo recuerdo: vomitivos 🤮.
