Hola Nepal Restaurant — Restaurant in Barcelona

Had an worst experience in my life only because of rude inexperienced waitresses special guy with black t-shirts. We were there when they had like 4 table of 12 people at half 1400. We sat on corner with 4 people with small kiddo with 10 months old. Waiters were talking far from bar (Nep,al table) but no one came to take drinks order for 30 minutes where as they had already served one table next to us. Finally they took our order after 35 minutes. Ordered 4 beer and table full food. 45 minutes already no even drinks and two table came already got drinks. 55 minutes after 4 drinks and papadum on table. Waiting game start every single of us were like hungry as we been just wounding how next table got food and everything. After 2 hrs and 20 minutes two Mo Mo came into table. We were like starving, next table got more food too who came like 20 minutes after us. It was nearly 2 40 hrs they bought potatoes brava. We had to reject as no appetite. Such a humiliating atmosphere, don’t even know how to manner with customers, at least give a respect by serving first in first out service. I ordered a bunch of meal for home delivery, which is obviously a huge mistake, as there is any communication channel for this restaurant: They don't pick up the phone, there's no response to the messages send through their website! That's my point of disappointment. Though the food we got was good, it wasn't what I paid for. There's the thing: if you're going there for real, I assume you will be satisfied. However if you're considering to order online, you have to decide if you care about prices, because you will have to pay really hard for that experience. They answered via email and apologised and also offered some arrangements for the next order. When in Barcelona we were searching for some authentic Indian or Nepalese food and the search ended here at Hola Nepal. On our first day we ate momos and aloo paratha. The paratha was just a tandoor one and tasted good. I would rate momos as average because i have very high expectation from momos 😜. However on pur second visit we were amazed with the quality of main course. The good was amazing and had the right level of spiceness. We ate chiken curry and matar paneer with naan and jeera rice. The rice had a smell of basmati and was a perfect combination with the curries. As a gesture they gave us sellroti. It was a sweet move as i was craving for it.
