The Worst Dining Experience in Barcelona – Blatant Racism and Unacceptable Service

I can say with absolute certainty that the staff at this restaurant are racially discriminatory. Since it was located inside my hotel, I expected a pleasant experience—but I was utterly disappointed.

The receptionist seated us at the entrance area, which is clearly meant for waiting, not for dining. It was freezing cold and completely inappropriate. When we requested to move inside, she reluctantly agreed with visible irritation.

After ordering, we waited 30 minutes only to receive two juices and some croquetas—which were stone cold. Another 20 minutes passed before the salad arrived. I had ordered Rice with Octopus and Butifarra, but instead, they brought grilled octopus legs. When I pointed out the mistake, the waitress was very impatient , insisting that I had ordered the octopus. Only after I repeatedly corrected her did she take the wrong dish away—and told me to wait another 20 minutes!

I spent over an hour in this restaurant, only to be served cold, incorrect food and treated with contempt. This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Avoid...

Overall a good experience. The place was pretty busy so the service was a bit slow but our waiter was very nice. The food arrived hot and tasty and the overall ambiance was awesome. I would recommend coming back but it would be helpful if they hired more staff as it took me some time to get refills and our check. I'd also like to say I am a black American and i didn't experience the racism some others have claimed. i don't want to invalidate anyone's experience but I felt very welcomed and found the overall staff very...

Berenjenas con miel y lima: Otro nuevo plato que combina a la perfección lo dulce y lo cítrico. Chipirones a la andaluza con mayonesa de tinta (12€): Un clásico que nunca falla. Bomba que pica el punto justo: Nueva y con el toque perfecto de picante. Carne de ternera con mayonesa de hierbas: Espectacular y recién incorporada a la carta. De postre: Chocolate con pan, aceite y sal: nuevo en carta, un postre típico catalán que no puedes dejar de probar.
