Sushi Buïgas — Restaurant in Barcelona

The first thing to stress about Sushi Buigas is that it is an pretty underrated restaurant. the quality of the food is notable, the variety of dishes offered is large and the service is highly efficient (although not specially friendly). Good price value, though not cheap.

The second fact is that it is not a 100% traditional japanese restaurant as it includes western ingredients into the typical dishes. Muy buena sushi a muy buen precio. Por mi uno de los mejores relaciones de precio/calidad. No es de los sitios mas baratos pero no es nada caro y la calidad es muy elevado, no tienes solo sushi sencillo pero cosas más elaborados. He visitado varios veces y los únicos pegas es que dentro a veces puede hacer bastante calor, y en algún día puntual el servicio no es tan bueno como otros. Recomiendo los platos 7, 21, 25 y 35.
