Camarasa Fruits l Barcelona — Local services in Barcelona

First time at Camarasa and unfortunately my experience was not too good. My evaluation is for the food. We were checking around to eat some tapas and Camarasa was the one with the better good looking dishes. I would actually rate them with a five star for the presentation only. Service was totally ok as well.

Still, I had 2 major frustrations: quality and price.

None of the 3 dishes we took met my expectations: "bravas" were not cooked properly and sauce was too spicy without significant taste. "Russian salad" had an excellent presentation, looked yummy with the han, but it was tasteless again and the overall mix was not interesting at all. "burrata with hummus" was effectively a vegetables' salad with one one bit of burrata. No way anyone can guess burrata is that dish!

If we add the small quantity and the crazy price of each dish, then the overall experience becomes a disaster.

I see plenty of good reviews for this, so perhaps they had a bada day or I did not make the right choices, but still it will be totally overpriced.

Products are very good but sometimes the fruit and vegetables spoil very quickly. I am not quite sure why this happens so fast. Pricing is high but even that is ok. The main reason for the rating is that there are frequent mistakes with the checkout prices. Somehow the mistakes have always been in favor of the store! I have had mistakes on more than 6 separate occasions. Always check the ticket carefully...

Mi queja es referente a la fruteria de la illa . Ayer sobre las 18,30h . estuve comprando algunas cosas , entre ellas ,figues negres i paraguayos . la dependenta ,apart de contestar molt malament cuan vem preguntar si estaban pican numeros . li naig demanar que em poses les figues , la srta , em va dir que las posaba de la caixa que no agafes les que hi havia al expositor , lo mateix va pasar amb els paraguayo . ho va ficar en una bosa de paper i no mho va enseñar .la sorpresa va arribar cuan vaig arribar a casa i vaig treure la fruta . les figues estavan totes pasadas no es podien menjar , exactament igual va oasar amb les figues . Aixo no es la primera vegada que ha pasat en aquesta botiga i amb aquesta dependenta .Es per aixo que presento aquesta reseña .Fa molts que compro a camarasa ,ja compraba a Plaza Adriano. SEMPRE HE PAGAT EL PREU QUE MARCABA . perque calidad era equitativa . Aquesta tarde aniré a portar la fruita de ahir per que la vegin . El proposit d'aquesta reseña no es que em tornin els dines ,es que no em preguin una vegada mes el pel . Espero QUE PRENGUIN NOTA i mirin de continuar ser els CAMARASA SE TOTA LA VIDA .
