This is a must try in Barcelona. The food was so filling and incredibly flavourful and delicious. It hit the spot perfectly! We left feeling super satiated and very, very, very happy . The acai bowl is the best I've had yet in Europe. It was so refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness, my only complaint would be that the serving size is a little small for the price. The vegetarian tacos (with heuro protein) was so good and the Huevo Rancheros was so filling and delicious! 10/10 would come back again. Vegetarian and vegan options are plentiful :)
Service was fantastic and the staff are so friendly and warm. We didn't order drinks and they automatically offered some tap water when they served our food. We never had this offered to us in the time we've spent in Barcelona so this was a pleasant surprise! Nicolas was a fantastic server. He took the time to chat with us and made jokes too. He did that with every table he served! The ambiance is super cute, very topical. The only thing I would note is that they use a type of straw to cover their benches (for tables against the walls) and if you're wearing a dress or shorts, it can get a little itchy sitting there for long. From the outside looking in, it was such a pretty sight and the interior resembles that of a tropical beach hut.
I couldn’t resist ordering a passion fruit cronut as a starter (not dessert!) especially after that teaser in the display window. And it was a good tasty call, only thing I would say is that it could do with a bit more passionfruit.
My avocado and tomato toast was delish and the had a nice lemony zing to it while my mom’s egg avocado toast was poached well, the egg was runny and it soaked up the grated cheese very nicely. It was a lovely and satisfying...
