VIVARI - Bakery & Coffee — Restaurant in Barcelona

am a regular customer of this café and chose this location for its convenience, especially when the library is closed. This café becomes my go-to option. I used to manage hundreds of staff in a chain of restaurants, so I understand the importance of staff attitude as it reflects directly on the workplace.

Unfortunately, the staff at this café lack respect for customers. When they clean, they drag tables and chairs noisily, which is very annoying. Additionally, after they clean the toilet/washroom, which usually happens between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM, customers are no longer allowed to use it.

As other reviewers have mentioned, many staff members at Vivari's branches, who are predominantly Latinas, are not friendly. They only seem to greet customers who speak Spanish or are from Latin American countries. This attitude is rude and unprofessional.

While I have grown accustomed to it over time, I still find this behavior disappointing. I hope the management of this café takes all the reviews seriously and makes improvements to enhance the quality of service across...

Siempre fui a vivari cada vez que quería relajarme en una cafetería y me encantó la experiencia, hoy solo quería tomar un café, había una señora trabajando allí con el pelo rojo, es la persona más grosera con la que me encontré. Al principio, llenó demasiado una taza por accidente y comenzó a maldecir a la máquina, luego me dio la orden de beber en el restaurante a pesar de que le pedí que llevara, entiendo que ocurren errores o me escuchó mal, pero luego rápidamente retiró la y arrojó cualquier café dentro de una taza para llevar y continuó murmurando para sí misma y me lo dio mientras se había ido gran parte del café probablemente por transferirlo a la taza tan rápido.

Ive always went to vivari everytime i wanted to relax at a coffee shop and loved the experience, today i just wanted to grab a coffee there was a lady working there with red hair she is the rudest person i came across. At first she overfilled a cup by accident and started cussing at the machine then she gave me the order to drink at the restaurant even though i asked for it to go, i understand that mistakes happen or she misheard me but then she quickly took back the cup and threw whatever coffee inside a to go cup and continued mumbling to herself and gave it to me while alot of the coffee was gone probably from transferring it to the...

It was OK 👍. Part of a chain of coffee shops & bakeries across the city of Barcelona. We popped in for a coffee & croissant plus a tea & croissant for a light breakfast. Value for money was good, coffee was OK but the tea was basically luke warm milk.
