La Lubina — Restaurant in Barcelona

I often walk past this restaurant on my way back from the gym. Today I decided to give it a try. I took the lunchtime menu at EUR 19 which is more than most lunchtime fixed prices which tend to be between 9 to 13 EUR. It was definitely one of my better decisions. The food is absolutely excellent and the service was first rate. This restaurant is in the Michelin guide 2014 and now I see why. We had the pleasure to eat at La lubina based on our host advices and it was a good experience the location is very easy to find not far from Entença metro station the decoration is very simple retro style but very chic, the staff is very nice and professional the service is very rapid we had as appetizers fried calamari and salad with cheese it was very nice and then we took paella with sea food for 2 persons and it was delicious with a big portion for each we took also desert crema catalan and Chocolat cake with nuts and its was soo delicious We recommend this...

We had a great time at la Lubina. The place has a very good quality of food, and price is a bit above average but really worth it!! We had the dinner menu for 50€, which included 3 starters, one fish of the day and a dessert, plus the wine of the house. The starters were all very good, and the fish of the day (white fish in salt sauce) was amazing.
