Soon, a staff member called out an order with a cappuccino, hot chocolate, and plain croissant—which was not mine, so I stayed seated.
Shortly after, a lady behind the counter started gesturing rudely and speaking in a language I didn’t understand. When I approached, I clearly explained my order—just a chocolate croissant and a cappuccino. Eventually, they acknowledged the mistake and refunded me—but still, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received.

Read moreI ate here numerous times at numerous locations and every single time it has been amazing! This location may have been my favorite. All prices are transparent and in front of you and the beautiful women are always happy to help and explain! I have had many of their danishes, pastries and desserts as well as coffee! I ate different sandwiches they have made but all of them were heated. I’m not sure how any of the cold selections are but they certainly looked delicious. Again, nothing I had was disappointing and I certainly...
