Restaurant No.7 — Restaurant in Benalmádena

Soo rude yet again. I’ve eaten here over the years and they are always stand off ish and rude. Unaccommodating to prams. In July they wouldn’t let us have a table further back as didn’t want us to push a single pram through the restaurant. We kind of understood left and went some where else. Tonight they had an empty restaurant but rudely declined to let us push two table together to eat as a family despite having a lot of tables free all next to each other.

We have eaten here once when they let us and it was very mediocre. Luckily tonight Ketchup next door gave us one of their tables without arguments and I had the best meal I’ve ever had on that little strip. All I can say is go to Ketchup next door for good food, service and a family friendly atmosphere.

Have been in and out of this place mainly for breakfast and afternoon lunch. I was told that the evening meal was exceptional so we went to try it out. Absolutely fantastic. Lovely food, genuine warmth from the servers and if you asked for something extra they went out of their way to get it.

I ordered the chicken with chips and pepper sauce and had a starter of mushrooms in pepper sauce with garlic bread. Asked for more Brad and got it within 5 minutes. Brilliant service. The chicken was well cooked but still tender and moist and the pepper sauce had a lovely thickness with a nice bit of bite.

Stumbled across this place on our first night in Benalmadena. Even though we're all inc we eat out in the evening. This place is real value for money and lovely staff. They have a chat with you, they're on the ball in taking your orders and the food is fab. So much that we've been back most nights. Staff are English which is a plus. Don't walk by this place, situated on the coast road, on the opposite end to the marina, near mcdonalds. Give a try, you wont regret it.
