I was so glad to find this newly opened Fusion bar in García Lorca which is near my home. Very cozy place with alot of varieties of food you can choose among. And the price is reasonable and drinks are cheaper than most restaurant and bar prices. Iva are included in the price. The waiter comes right the minute you sat, take orders,and deliver food fast. It very nice because is run by families. The phadthai noodles was so so good like i have never had tasted this serving so perfect, i can taste only perfections, the shrimps, the veges are not overcooked , so as the noodles and season so perfectly not salty, not blunt. THE BEST THAI WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!! We decided to eat here after reading good reviews & with me being vegan, we read that the chef was very accommodating to vegans so thought we'd give it a try... We weren't disappointed. My partner ordered battered prawns & Thai green chicken curry, and I got the veg spring rolls, tofu green curry and when we found out they could make the pad Thai vegan we had to order this too! The staff were very friendly & accommodating and the portions were very generous. I'm absolutely OBSESSED, I'm still dreaming about the incredible meal I had at this Thai restaurant! The Tom Kha Gai soup was a highlight, with its rich and creamy coconut milk broth and the perfect balance of spices. The sashimi was so fresh and delicious, and the atum (tuna) in all the sushi dishes was cooked to perfection. The combination of Thai and Japanese flavors was a game-changer.
