Burger King — Restaurant in Benidorm

Got here at 2305. After waiting for 1 of the 2 working kiosks. It wasn't taking my card. Went to the counter and paid at 2328. Its 0005 and I'm STILL waiting. This is the worst Burger King ever. Busy Benidorm and the longest wait. Torremolinos isn't this bad despite being busy. From waiting for a kiosk, ordering, to getting my food, took all of 15 minutes in Torremolinos.

I finally got my food at 0016 after pushing for it.

Got back to the hotel and there's no large fries or loaded bacon fries with the order. 2 onion rings instead of 1 chilli bites and 1 onion rings. Tomato when I asked for none in the burger. Ridiculous. €32.55 wasted. Go elsewhere.

Plus one of the staff members, a male with a lip piercing. Was arguing with a female customer because her and her friend have waited nearly an hour, like we did, for their food. Quit arguing and do the orders in order.

For Burger King who may ask my order number is 717.

Like everyone else says, go to McDonald's. McDonald's only has 4 kiosks and probably the same number of staff but I was ordered and had my food in...

i went to burger king at 23:00 , when i arrived there was no kiosks available and a line off at least 14 people at the till i finally mashed to order my food at 23:11, as i was waiting i watched at least 20 people come in and out with there food (none of them being tourists) at 23:34 i asked the man behind the counter how long the wait was going to be he completely ignored me, 2 young girls then said to me they ordered there food at 22:38 and was still waiting the time was now 23:44, as we all stood waiting 2 men walked in with no tickets and started talking to one off the workers behind the counter they immediately got 2 ice creams with no receipt and no cash given over by 23:52 the 2 young girls finally got there food as i had now being waiting 52 minutes i said to the man behind the counter i would like a refund as i don’t want to wait any longer as soon as i mentioned this he took my receipt out my hand passed it over to one off the kitchen staff and i had my food within the next minute.

Very disappointed as a tourist well used to Burger King in UK & Eire was looking forward to trying the Spanish menu as they have some different items. Self service portal out of paper no receipt cancelled order. 2nd machine opted to pay by cash. Paid & waited over 15 minutes why sell a product you can't deliver. Cheesy chips had no cheese the nuggets were cold as was the burger. Ordered a beer ended up with half a cup as clearly didn't pour right. Ice cream missing had to back. Appreciate probably a franchise but what a shambles. Floor dirty covered in food. Go to McDonald's next door it's so much better whoever is running this branch...
