McDonald's — Restaurant in Benidorm

I recently visited the McDonald’s location at Benidorm SeveroOcha and had an outstanding experience, thanks to one of the employees, [ a young man from Colombia]. From the moment I walked in, he exemplified what excellent customer service is all about.

Despite the rush,he greeted every customer with a smile and maintained a cheerful attitude. Their efficiency and attention to detail were impressive as they took my order quickly and accurately. When I had a special request for my meal, [Worker's Name] handled it with ease and ensured everything was prepared exactly as I asked.

What really stood out was his dedication to making each customer feel valued. They went above and beyond by checking in to make sure I was satisfied with my meal and even offered helpful suggestions when I was deciding on my order. This level of service is not something you see every day, especially in a fast-paced environment like McDonald’s. .

Why 3, and not 5*?

FOOD • The McFlurry (Chips Ahoy) was OK. However, the loaded wedges with bacon and cheese tasted quite nice however, they were not exceptionally nice. Additionally, I find the fries at KFC were, to an extent, better than McDonalds. Please see the attached photos.

SERVICE • The service was quite slow here disregard the fact the interior of the restaurant was rather quiet at the time of ordering. Took around 15 minutes until the food was ready.

ATMOSPHERE • Cool views of the opposite mountains. It’s especially good if you sit near a window overlooking the picturesque mountains 🏔️

Very disappointed with the burgers we ordered. One of burgers was supposed to be gluten free because of a celiac in our group but unfortunately, when the order arrived, the GF sticker on the burger turned out to have a gluten bun on it. The GF burger was unmarked and someone else got that. Luckily, we noticed the regular bun before my wife had a bite. Not impressed, McDonalds!! When my wife finally got her GF burger she said it wasn’t worth the wait. It truly is the worst GF bun I have ever tasted- it crumbled apart and had no discernible taste.
