At a glance, the restaurant is of a higher level and prices. Quite a nice environment, but without a view of the sea. After you are seated, they will show you the QR code on the table where you will find the menu. They won't offer you a tablet or anything similar, so if you didn't come with a mobile phone, you won't order anything. We received the beer, but not the selected wine, as they came to tell us in a few minutes that it had already run out. We had to choose another. We were looking forward to Paella, but we didn't get it, as they say they don't make it in the evening. The salmon I ordered was tasty, but the tuna was not medium by any chance. After complaining, they prepared another tuna for us, probably from the worst piece the chef could find. The ill-mannered waitress brought it and placed it across the table in front of my daughter. You can see the quality of the tuna in the attached picture. Apparently the head waiter convinced us that it was perfectly fine even if it was not chewable. In the end, they didn't charge us for the tuna, but they managed to ruin our mood for the entire evening on vacation. Thank you, but we will not come here again and we definitely do not recommend this restaurant. They don't value the customer here and are probably only there...
Read moreAbsolutely incredible experience! Went twice whilst on holiday, once for the sea bass cooked in salt and the second time for the kilo of steak which is seared in the kitchen and then brought to your table on a tray with a hotplate for you to cook each piece to your liking. The seasoning and flavour of both dishes was out of this world, not just with our mains but also the starters such as the grilled artichoke and fried calamari.
From a price range perspective it was slightly more expensive than the average benidorm restaurant but when you consider the quality and taste it's well worth a visit, even just for a special occasion or a final night before heading home. Finally, a quick thank you to our waitress who was extremely helpful and kind even apologising for her English which was actually very good. All in all I would say this is a must visit whilst in the area! My only regret was not visiting for lunch as I've heard the paella is one of the best around, perhaps one for...
Read moreCharged €20 for 2 baskets bread with the starter (this is free everywhere else).
One of the party asked for a well done steak and it come dripping in blood.
I asked for lamb chops and the come hardly cooked! When sent back they come back with freezing cold chip.
I will happily pay a fortune for good food, in fact I eat in a Michelin start last night however I can't stand people wasting money on terrible food and service.
I would strongly Recommend to avoid this retaurant until they fix there problems.
No wonder the retaurant was empty at peak season.
For the restaurant; you need to stop being greedy, bread is cheap and should be free.
When the customer is asked how they want their meat, tell the chef to cook it like that and not how you think. "Very well done lamb chops should be crispy, and not cold with flappy fat hanging off".
I hope this bad review helps you change.
