First visit to this this restaurant as we had heard good reports from family who have never previously been disappointed however on this occasion it was extremely poor. The system for ordering was not working and the staff were struggling to cope. The restaurant was busier than usual but there was insufficient staff to handle the extra custom and service suffered terribly as a result. The food quality was patchy. Chicken and Sweetcorn soup was bland as was the Japanese noodles. Other dishes were ok but nothing to write home about. Another consequence of the lack of staff was the time between dishes brought to the table with a 40 minute wait at one point despite our flagging down a staff member. It would appear that dishes were being taken to the wrong tables and on 3 occasions we turned away food that was meant for another table. Dishes were brought out in dribs and drabs which meant the food was cold by the time the rest was brought out. I personally did not even receive my main dish that I ordered despite asking for it 3 times. In the end I gave up. Finally the bill was wrong as they wanted to charge us the weekend rate even though it was Wednesday! We complained and asked for a reduction because of everything I have written above and we then got a second bill with only the reduction to the weekday rate. The Manager stated that they were not prepared to reduce the bill any further so we asked for the Manager to come to the table but then strangely, the Manager had left for the evening. The staff made out they could not understand Spanish or English and we had members of the party fluent in both. To summarise, terrible service, lacklustre food, awful customer service and an evening memorable for all the wrong reasons. We will not be returning and neither will our family who until tonight had always liked this restaurant. One bad experience has ruined it unfortunately and we will not hesitate to warn our friends to...

First off, they tried to charge my child as an adult just because he’s a bit taller. Since when does height determine age or how much someone eats? A child is a child – at least up to 12 years old. That was the first red flag.
As for the food, what little we had was awful. The soup was overly spicy with no flavor, the seaweed salad was just seaweed thrown on top of lettuce, and the chicken wings were dry and tasteless. There was absolutely no service – no one to help, no one checking on customers. If you’re unhappy, tough luck.
The whole place felt chaotic and disorganized. Tables were left dirty, and you’re expected to find your own utensils. There’s no clear system for anything. It honestly felt like no one cared.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Total...

Second time there. Busier, service not so great - Luke warm sizzling beef long stopped sizzling.
Still good though.
Third time there, quieter and service better. Prices charged on receipt different from menu (wine €1 dearer for example) a disappointment but great value nonetheless.
Fifth or sixth time now. Prices, like everywhere it seems, have risen. Atmosphere ruined by heavy wooden chairs that scrape noisily across the floor. Go to the Chinois doon the road and get felt pads.
