Very bad. Went there with my family for a celebration meal, ordered 2 burritos, asked them to remove the meat and put more ‘black beans’ (they said this would be okay enthusiastically, which gave us confidence in them, it’s a simple task). they then served us a wrap with just Heinz baked beans in it, and nothing more. The wraps werent even toasted, zero flavour.. what on earth.

Couldn’t believe it. It felt like a mockery to us. And the worst part about it, is they added an additional charge on the bill as an ‘extra’ for the modification, when technically we received less food! We ended up having to pay €9 each for our burritos..

My fiancé ordered a pizza and it was basically just cheese on bread, dry and tasteless. We genuinely added salt to it in a desperate attempt to provide flavour.

It’s a mockery of a restaurant. Needless to say, we went home hungry. It ruined the occasion we were celebrating, as we felt massively let down by this establishment. I usually avoid leaving comments like this, but I truly couldn’t avoid this . I don’t wish this place on anybody, please avoid at all costs. There are nicer restaurants across the road that put more effort and care into their food and customers. This comes from experience , and if you look through countless reviews left on this restaurant, the majority of other customers reviews are very similar.

The only reason this place has probably survived is because of its location, but quite literally there is a McDonald’s across the road that would probably put more care and love into their food.. that says something. Don’t waste your euros, walk 2 minutes up the road and go to one of the other lovely...

Never experienced before. We ordered an appetiser for two (nachos) less than five minutes later l, it was not even half finished the waiter took away our plates and came with the main course. We explained that we had not finished our starter yet and the waiter told us that he was willing to put the main course (mixed grill) aside but that we would get it back cold. Here we clearly disagreed and said we are not at a fast food restaurant here after all. To which his reply was if everyone wants time between their starter and main course then it does get very busy here. Well there were hardly any people sitting there 🤔. The waiter told us this is the restaurant's policy. We will not come back here again. The waiter solved it well(after all, it is not his fault) and made us refuse the main course without paying. This is not a fast food restaurant but a fasted food restaurant!!! We were regular customers but now...

Really bad experience. Burgers were not great, mixed grill was terrible. Dry overcooked meat with no flavour, seemed like it was cooked twice. Then the owner shoves two plates of chicken legs in our face we never asked for, to compensate. But we don't like chicken legs. They were really annoyed with us complaining, instead of being sorry for giving us such bad food. The starters were also pretty bad, not a lot of flavour and the tempura wasn't made with tempura batter. The waiter was friendly, but the owner was a bit curt.
