We visited here while on holiday in Bilbao and I wouldn’t recommend to people looking to get value for money.
My partner ordered from the lunch menu and I think that was the safer option.. he got the white beans to start and baby squid in ink for the second, both a good size but quite basic. I ordered from the main menu and for the first plate I chose asparagus with 2 sauces.. when it arrived it was 5 pieces of the white pickled asparagus with some chopped veg and mayonnaise.. I’m not sure what the second sauce was but possibly it was the liquid that came from the jar that was on the plate. After being disappointed by the asparagus but thinking maybe it was because I had been expecting something else my second plate arrived. The white fish with pil pil sauce.. or a piece of very soft almost wet feeling white fish swimming in oil and nothing on the side. For everything we paid 50€ which I do not believe is justified. The following day I woke up with stomach pains and was sick multiple times throughout the day. Unsure if it was from this food but I can’t think of anything else I had that would have caused it..
