Never thought I'd leave a one star review on Google but have to this time...Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. Worst I've ever experienced in Spain. We walked in to get some beer and wanted to get water for take away, while my parents were walking towards the washroom. The male waiter (or owner?) immediately shouted at them saying "Ola? W T F" Yes he used that F word to greet his customers. After we explained that we were in the middle of ordering so he let my parents used washroom. Then my husband ordered a beer, I wanted to get water take away, he couldn't communicate in English but continued his rude attitude. He spoke to my husband only and ignored me in Spanish. My dad was rearranging his backpack and the waiter yelled at him saying no outside food. It was a clear misunderstanding - we didn't bring any outside food in the bar. We decided to leave - no one deserves attitude like this. 很遺憾的男服務員（也可能是業主）態度很差，對我們大吼（真的是用吼的），用了F的字眼... 可以感覺到有 人種 歧 視 的態度。第一次留一星評論，唉。

Also, bottom line - under no conditions should you use the F word to anyone. You can't justify that. Period. People who are reading this: just check the number of reviews mentioning rude service you'd learn...

The American saloon atmosphere is really good. The waiter was good. But unfortunately, food was really bad. We have not had such a bad dinner experience in Spain during the two weeks of our vacation. We ordered cheeseburger, a ham and cheese sandwich and fries. Fries were ok. What we got as cheeseburger can hardly be called a cheeseburger. The sandwich was also really bad. We felt terrible after the meal and wished we never ate at this place. I am sorry for writing this review but I was really unpleasantly surprised. In the response below, the owner provides incorrect information (I want to believe that it is an honest mistake) about us. Teníamos para ayer 5 de febrero una reserva para 6 personas para comer DESDE EL 5 DE ENERO. Primero reservamos para las 14:30. Al de 10 minutos nos llamaron para decirnos que a ver si por favor la reserva podía ser para las 15:15, porque tenían un concierto antes y terminaba a esa hora. Aceptamos sin problemas. A las 15:10 nos presentamos en el local. Le comentamos a la camarera que teníamos una reserva para 6 personas, y se quedó sorprendida. Habló con su compañero y nos dijeron que vale que nos preparaban una mesa. Desde ese momento ya supimos que nuestra reserva DE HACE UN MES no estaba apuntada. Nos pusieron una mesa para 6 LITERALMENTE al lado de los baños con todo el olor, en vez de meternos a la zona de lo que es el comedor. Les dijimos que por favor nos cambiasen de sitio y nos dijeron que eso era lo único que les quedaba. Les repetimos que teníamos la reserva desde hace un mes y su respuesta fue: "ya pero es que hay concierto y no tengo más sitio". Esperamos a ver si cuando acabase el concierto nos cambiaban de lugar, pero eran las 15:30 y el concierto seguía. Seguían sin cambiarnos de sitio y pretendiendo que comiésemos ahí. Nos terminamos marchando sin comer porque la situación fue 0 profesional y nada comprometida. Creemos que si no tenían nuestra reserva cogida y sabían que el concierto iba a terminar mas tarde de lo acordado podrían haber sido sinceros en vez de hacernos perder 25 minutos ya que después por la hora nos iba a ser complicado encontrar otro sitio para comer. Nuestros chicos iban a ir el domingo que viene (también tenían reserva) pero finalmente viendo lo visto no van a ir. No sé cómo será la comida pero el trato dejó...
