KFC — Restaurant in Bilbao

As an American this KFC is below standard on both SERVICE & FOOD QUALITY. As a World Traveler it does not meet China's, Malaysia or Egypt's SERVICE OR FOOD QUALITY standard. The cashier's are slow on order taking, slow on food preparation and deliver. I got the 5 for €5. I got my order and it was a 4 for €5. I had to go back for the mini sundae! The kitchen staff is also inferior. The food was substandard. The French fries were slightly warm almost cold, the sandwich was warm, the two (2) chicken rocks were almost hot. It's a fast food restaurant designed to prepared and sell high quality, HOT, tasteful food in a timely manner! Crowded and caotic. There are screens to order. And the numbers listed as under preparation and finished kept changing randomly while they where shouting out other numbers. People kept asking where their number had gone. It took 25 minutes for my meal to be finished, the last 5 with my number gone. Without someone getting a place to sit while you wait for the meal you may end up eating standing up. Asking for salt I was told that I did not have that specified on my order. A small place but with enough space to eat the classic KFC fast food. It's situated just behind the bus stop and it has an easy and practical location where to get. The employees are kind and careful for the customers' needs and very understandable especially with foreigners. They always keep the local clean and tidy. The only pity, speaking just for myself, is that they don't have salad as a choice for side dish in the menu from the display...
