We had an amazing experience at this Moroccan restaurant, and it was our first time here! From the moment we walked in, the cozy yet elegant ambiance set the tone for a delightful evening. The attention to detail in both the decor and the service was impressive, creating a warm and welcoming environment that made us feel right at home.
The food was absolutely phenomenal and lived up to every expectation. The menu is impressively large, offering a variety of options that cater to all tastes. We tried several dishes, including the tajine, chicken couscous, kebabs, shawarma, and lentil soup, all of which were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The lentil soup, in particular, stood out as a comforting, hearty starter. Each dish felt authentic and carefully prepared, showcasing the richness of Moroccan cuisine. Our entire group, including both adults and kids, thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
The service was another highlight of our visit. The staff was attentive, engaging, and kind, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the meal. It’s clear they take pride in creating a positive dining experience, and their efforts did not go unnoticed.
That said, the only area for improvement is the bathroom cleanliness, which unfortunately did not match the otherwise impeccable standards of the restaurant. This is something that management should keep a closer eye on to ensure the entire experience remains flawless.
Overall, this was a memorable dining experience that exceeded our expectations in many ways. We’re already looking forward to coming back to explore more of their incredible menu! Highly...
Read morePuerta del Edén has become our favorite spot in Cádiz. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming – with a stylish, modern interior and subtle Arabic touches. We sat outside both times and enjoyed the peaceful vibe and warm weather. Inside is also cozy and inviting. Their menu features a mix of Middle Eastern and North African dishes—think Falafel, Hummus, Baba Ganoush, vine leaves, lentil and harira soups, Couscous, rice‑vegetable bowls, and even lamb. The kitchen impressively caters to vegan, vegetarian, and halal diets. The Tajine is absolutely incredible – full of flavor, perfectly spiced, and deeply comforting. A must-try! We also really enjoyed the Lemonada Árabe – fresh and cooling – and the Schawarma, which was super tasty but a bit small, so we’d suggest adding something like Sambusa or Falafel on the side. The team makes the place feel special – warm, helpful, and always kind. A big thank you to Mahdi, who made us feel truly welcome every time. We’ve been here twice in just a few days, and we’re already planning a third visit. That says it all. Highly...

I recently dined at Puerta del Eden, drawn in by the glowing reviews, but my experience didn't quite match the hype. While the presentation of the dishes was impressive, the flavor left much to be desired. The food was decent but lacked the depth and seasoning I was hoping for.
Additionally, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the facilities. Upon arrival, I expected the bathrooms to be well-maintained, especially since they had just opened. Unfortunately, they were not only dirty but also lacked basic necessities like hand soap. This raised concerns about hygiene practices among the staff, which is a crucial aspect of any dining experience.
Overall, while Puerta del Eden has potential, it definitely needs improvement to align with the high expectations set by its reviews. I hope they can address these issues, as the restaurant could be great with a bit more attention to flavor and...
