Restaurante Asiático - FENG SHUI STREET — Restaurant in Cádiz

The only asian restaurant in Cadiz, their luck. I started with the tom yam cum soup as a starter, which was not authentic and not intense enough for my taste. As a main dish (full plate, not tapa) i ordered the „thai pan duck“, which was very little for a full portion and being served without rice. This dish costed EUR 15.50 which was way too much. In every normal asian restaurants rice is either included without being mentioned or the menu informs that for specific dishes you have to order an extra portion rice. Here the server also didn‘t mention anything although i only ordered only that plate. And plain rice was not even an option on the menu. The „main dish“ was also not a very delicious creation. To top it off, the service was not paying attention and we had to wait quite a long time till we could order. Even a couple just beside the entrance was waving their hands but were being ignored by one waiter, who was walking inside. Only one of 4 waiter was able to speak english. Also their reaction to my question about the rice was hilarious. They acted like i was the first person in their history to „rice“ that topic. Food portions are small and overpriced and the food isn’t authentic. The hygiene is poor and the Chinese people are racist and rude. One of the first times I came to the restaurant, I found male arm hair in my food and they admitted it and the woman who no longer works there apologized but the Spanish man didn’t. The second time, I saw ants around my table and had to move tables. No one apologized. The last time I went I saw the Chinese guy working there shake hands with a client who was visiting and immediately went to touching the sushi with his bare hands without washing his hands. Gross. Also the food portions are super small and overpriced. Many people from Cádiz complain about this and it’s true knowing Asian food. The quality of chicken is very poor and cheap and shouldn’t be due to the high prices and the curry isn’t authentic. The Chinese guy is also not friendly and super cold if you’re not Spanish. More than an hour long wait, inauthentic food, very small portion and horribly overpriced.

We waited for almost an hour and a half just for the waitress to come and tell us that they don't have any sushi roll left.

The spring roll costed 2.8€ a plate and it came with 2 tiny rolls, yes,2. The pork delight was the same, it was frozen pork dumplings that "tasted like meat balls", according to my friends. i have literally never seen a smaller portion in any restaurant in my life. Outrageous robbery. 😡

We ended up spending almost 16€ each, only eating 2 sushi and half a plate of udon. Non of us were anywhere near full so we ended up going to burger king.

The burger king was delightful tho, 4€ each and within 3mins we got 29 beautifully cooked nuggets and onions...
