The dish I ordered was grilled rice with vegetables, was so small I thought it was a mistake. The waiter assured me it was a generous portion. $12 euro for a tiny plate and a small piece of tasteless bread for an extra $1.20 and $3 for a cerveza. Everything is overpriced here. This restaurant is the first restaurant east of the Roman Bridge on the Riverwalk. People stop there cause it's a tourist trap. The waiting staff speak a bit of English and invite you in as you're walking by. I'm not even gonna get into the whole scene but in the end the waiter could tell I wasn't gonna give him a tip and that I wasn't impressed, so he treated me rudely. Read moreThe worst meal we had in Spain! Stale, tough bread rolls, bland fish without any salt, one of the only places that refused to serve tap water. Only the berenjenas and pork cutlet were good. The only dessert offered on the set menu was vanilla ice cream.
I would have given more stars for that but I had food poisoning after eating here! The salmorejo had an "off" fizzy texture. You can get much better food for half the price at most restaurants, even in Barcelona and Madrid....
