SipHaus Mallorca — Restaurant in Calvià

I came here back in April when they first opened and had a few lovely nights in brilliant company. It was fantastic to get to know Christian and Pablo, two ambitious young men who had successfully turned their passion into a reality in opening Sip Haus together.

Having now come back six months later, it’s heartwarming to see how they’ve thrived over a successful summer and only gotten better with the addition of a fantastic food menu to compliment Pablo’s expert cocktail-making! I would highly recommend an espresso martini and/or a four-cheese pizza (If you’re brave enough, one of the four is a lovely blue cheese which is forward but not overbearing in flavour).

I came across SipHaus Mallorca by chance, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant surprises of our trip. The atmosphere is relaxed, the decor is modern and thoughtfully designed, and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive to detail. This bar has replaced Lowther and is a great addition to the drink and food scene in Santa Ponsa. The guys who run it are really friendly and they will undoubtedly be a big success as the season moves on. Even in April, the potential is evident, as come the summer, the terrace will be full.
