Burger King — Restaurant in Cartagena

Stay away! Unless you're starving and need immediate food to survive, look elsewhere. Do not give your hard earned money to the owners of this BK location in Cartagena, Spain (P.º Alfonso XII, 8, 30202 Cartagena, Murcia, Spain restaurant). Service was one of the worst I experienced in my life. Rude, disrespectful, especially considering I'm a person with visible disabilities. We first had to use the machines to order, we just wanted one burger (no fries, no drinks just a burger!) we wait 20 minutes and still no order. There are no items in the main tray behind the counter, the fries are so old and and looked like they should be thrown away. 2 ice cream are melting on the counter cause the people couldn’t be bothered to wait anymore. The machine do not print receipts. The tables are sticky the fooor is disgusting and don’t get me started on the toilets. I have worked for a fast-food chain when I was younger and I have never witnessed such filth and no cars for service...

I'VE BEEN TO BK all over the world, and this one is the worst customer service and worst food we've had. we waited 30 to 45 minutes before we could get our order and only received the order cause we went to the counter to enquire why the long wait. The food came out cold, and we did not eat half the order cause it was cold and dry. the drink machine had to go twice, cauae the lemonade was water. the soda you had to try a couple before getting a proper tasting drink. because this Burger King is right next to the ship port. i do hope they improve the customer service and the...
