Blue Bar Chiringuito — Restaurant in Felanitx

The location is nice and inviting. A beach restaurant next to a small beach with a few tables, chairs and a good view. The personel is welcoming, but the prices are absolutely shocking and the food served is simply terrible. We ordered Pulpo de Gallego (disgusting, 20€), Chicken Wings (5 small and completely burned chicken somethings arrived, 11€) and Patatas Bravas (the only thing eatable, 11€). Drinks accounted for 4€ each (Fanta de Naranja out of a can). In addition, we waited about an hour for the tapas to be served. It was the first day the beach bar had opened, but that does not excuse the simply disgusting food. It is the only beach bar in the area. If you absolutely want to go there, go for a coffee or ice cream but avoid...

The adage goes not to judge a book by its cover. We visited this restaurant/bar not particularly expecting very much from the menu due to the size of the establishment and to be honest it did not have the look of fine dining! Although full, the owner found us a table. My wife had Dorado and I had the sirloin steak. We were extremely happy with the preparation, presentation and more importantly the quality of the food! We certainly would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to all. As well as the standard of the food, the view over the beach and harbour...

Wenn man hier etwas trinken oder essen gehen möchte, sollte man jede Menge Zeit und Geduld mitbringen und außerdem auch damit rechnen, dass man eventuell gar nicht bedient und sogar der Bar verwiesen wird.

Nachdem wir ca. eine halbe Stunde warteten, ohne dass ein Kellner unsere Bestellung aufnahm, fragten wir (sehr höflich) nach, wann wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben können, da wir bereits sehr lange warteten. Die Reaktion des Mitarbeiters sah so aus, dass er auf Spanisch sehr laut fluchte und uns anschrie und uns per Handzeichen aufforderte, die Bar zu verlassen. Genau das gleiche passierte einem Paar am benachbarten Tisch.

Sehr sehr trauriger Umgang mit Kunden, die lediglich eine Kleinigkeit essen und trinken wollten. Dazu kommt noch, dass wir als Touristen auf Mallorca sind wir als Touristen der spanischen Sprache nur bedingt mächtig sind und wir uns somit nicht mal wirklich wehren konnten gegen das laute Geschrei des Mitarbeiters. Sehr unangenehme Situation, auch gegenüber der anderen Bargäste. Auf Touristen wird hier anscheinend keine große Rücksicht genommen und kein großer Wert gelegt.
