900 Italian gelateria S.L. — Restaurant in Fuengirola

We’ve been coming to Fuengirola for 15 years. Our family has grown to 11 people and we hang out every year with another 15 or so people from around spain and EU. We usually stay around 25-30 days, and we and our friends stop for ice cream at Heladeria 900 almost every day on our way home from the beach - Almost half our lives, and our kids entire lives. Our daily stops to Heladeria 900 became a tradition.We ourselves are business owners and we treat our customers like GOLD. Today, was our first day back this year so our 5 kids were not sure they remembered what they liked, and wanted each to sample a flavor before they ordered. A sample is a tiny spoon. All but one was allowed to try, and then the waitress, with a horrible attitude, denied our last kid a tiny sample spoon. My wife tried to explain nicely that we have come there for many years and we would be there most of august but she was met with a foul attitude and “I’m sorry, that’s too bad… there’s nothing I can do.” So our daughter felt bad, like she did something wrong… the rest of our kids were all puzzled and said lets leave! …and we walked out. Godbye Heladeria 900. We will take our business elsewhere and NEVER visit you again and we will also tell everyone we know not to support your business any longer. You lose thousands of euros and the favor of a lifetime of kids over a €.02...

This gelateria is in a lovely location close to the promenade with seats outside and indoors and views over the beach. The main attraction here are their superb and delicious coppas! The menu has plenty of icecream variations to choose from but coppas is something we always choose as a special treat! This time we went for the cherry one called Penelope and the nutty...

Esta Gelataria é muito agradável na zona em que está, junto ao Passeio Marítimo de Fuengirola... Servem muitíssimo bem, bebidas, sandes, tostas, salgados, bolos e em especial os "Gelados", uma maravilha. Não sei há quanto tempo a conhecemos e frequentamos, mas penso que desde que existe... Nós, há 27 anos que costumamos vir passar umas semanas a Fuengirola, mas não nos lembramos de quando foi inaugurada. Também servem para levar para casa ou para o sítio onde estivermos. Enquanto podermos aqui vir, não a deixaremos de visitar umas 2 vezes por semana nas 5, 6 ou 7 semanas que cá costumamos estar desde mias ou menos 20 de Agosto até Outubro. Recomendamos, pois vão gostar e não se arrependem. Têm preços muito razoáveis, digo mesmo mais baixos do que outras Gelatarias do género e que as há em Fuengirola.
