Restaurante Al Medina — Restaurant in Fuengirola

Walked in, got ignored immediately, had to request for a table, even after standing at the entrance for 3 minutes, simply ignored us, finally got a table in the corner (4 of us), finally she came after 5 minutes to clean the table but not fully; she failed to clean the table properly. Sat for 25 minutes, no one came to us, no menu, not even a single look towards us from all of the 4 of them working there and rushing to other tables The 3 waiters and the manager spoke to his 'cultured' people who were there and who came in. The feeling of bad service was so poor. I walked in after 25 minutes to speak to the lady at the till, after realising why am I sitting somewhere not being recognised. Asked for the Manager who was the one ignoring us in the first place, always running towards the kitchen directing/telling his kitchen chef what to do, knew we were waiting but didn't even bother, looked at our table several times, spoke to the table next to us, still failed to come to us! After telling them we were sitting for 25 minutes no one cared to come to speak to us, it was a rubbish service. Poorly ran only caring for the customers they can speak to in their own language. I have never left so ignored in my life! Thanks for wanting us to leave and ate somewhere else where we sat only 1 minute before someone spoke to us and gave us menus! Treat your customers better, but just the ones you think you need to speak to just because they are from the space Country or speak the same language. Another table next to us arrived 15 minutes after us, and they were also ignored and left after 10 minutes. What a disgrace!! It is a small place, looks like a family-friends owned. You can tell that all the food is in-house made. But, it was nothing special. We ordered several different dishes and nothing was above medium. This place caught me ,I was strolling around the promenade and saw barbecue on the window and when in to check menu , sat down and I picked the chicken sweekers with chips and salad .
