An Outrageous Rip-Off - Incompetent, Uncaring, and Overpriced!

I recently ordered from Corianer and I can confidently say it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. We spent an eye-watering 200 euros on our order, only to have these clowns forget two dishes. Two entire dishes! How hard is it to double-check an order, especially when someone is spending that kind of money?

When I called to report the missing items, I was greeted with rudeness and indifference. No apology, no sense of urgency—just a dismissive promise to "make it right next time." Next time?! Are they joking? Why on earth would I ever waste another cent on a place that can't even handle basic order fulfillment?

The food that did arrive was decent—soft naan and flavorful curry—but who cares when half the order is missing? Their kitchen might know what they’re doing, but it’s all for nothing with such pathetic service. It’s clear that once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about actually delivering your full order.

The customer service was beyond appalling. The staff was not just unhelpful, but actively hostile, treating me like I was at fault for their mistakes. Their sheer lack of accountability and basic customer care is absolutely infuriating.

It’s a tragedy that food this good is paired with service this atrocious. Until they learn how to treat their customers with respect and fulfill orders correctly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Food was pretty mid. Chicken tiki was wayyyy too sweet and it was 12 euros and didn’t even come with rice. Rice was an extra 2.50. Ridiculous. Chicken birriani was good but again the sauce tasted like a dessert.

Service was slowwwww. Took 15 min to even get a menu. Then food took an hour after we ordered it. And the food came out without the rice or nan we ordered. We then had to wait another 10 minutes for the rice and nan to get to the table. That was a painful 10 minutes watching our food sit infront of us but not being able to eat it due to the fact it was too sweet without rice.

We sat inside. Was a nice table. Good atmosphere. Outside tables seemed fun and right on the sea front road.
