The location is really superb! It is like in a movie! Big plus that it is open till 00:00. But the food was not tasty at all. I ordered fish with peas purée and sweet pancakes with strawberry. Fish was very greasy and almost no spices, and puree was tasting like raw flour…when I asked to add some salad with vegetables without onion (but any kind of vegetables including cucumbers etc) I got a strange plate of peas and carrot with no spices. Pancakes were tasteless too, only strawberries were fine lol.

The waitress with black hair (Bushere / Bu) was the only one serving me (she seems to be the only one working here normally) other waiters (around 3 of them) were ignoring me even when I looked at them. I was waiting for any waiter to come for 20 min to take my order… and before I was not given any menu, u had to ask for it. Moreover, another waitress (black woman) was super unpleasant with her behavior, the way how she brought me glass of water and took my dishes was very disrespectful. Additionally, normally you shouldn’t wait in the restaurant too long for waiter to come and ask if you need anything else / or you want to pay. Here I waited forever, no one really came back to me to check.

Restaurant doesn’t have English menu. The smell inside the restaurant is not good - a strong smell of detergent like bleach (on tables).

I hope this place will reconsider the staff and will make it a good spot for visitors not only because of the location. I expected tasty food how it should be and standard service but instead I got neither...

Awful experience compared to previous expectations. We went to the restaurant based on a recommendation. Although they haven’t recorded our booking we were lucky enough to get a free spot (13:45h). The place is not nice or bad, it doesn’t have any atmosphere. Staff is not nice or bad, they are not service oriented based on my own experience. We got a 25€ menu which included first and second plate, drink and dessert. Nothing special on the food, just average. Not well presented, not super tasty. House wine limited to one single region, not my taste either (Costers del Segre). Since they were sooo slow we didn’t have desserts. We waited for 25min for the desserts and they never came, so we decided to stand and leave after paying the check and telling them about our experience (no answer or complicity at all). Extra note: there are only 2 toilets for the entire restaurant, and at that time they were already super dirty and smelly. All in all, not a place I would...

This is on a lovely backstreet with tables on the steps, was v warm so we ate inside, large, bistrot style rooms, busy with a lot of Spanish people, good sign As we walked through the door, the chap behind the bar said 'welcome', which is a good start The staff were great, friendly and translated the menu for us Had the set lunch menu, think it was €14?, I had mashed potato stuffed with a creamy/ mayonnaisey sauce with peppers and capers in, sounded a bit random but was really tasty, mark had aubergine, onion and peppers, looked a bit boring but v tasty I chose the pigs cheeks for main, casseroled with shallots, pinto beans and carrots really good, big portions, couldn't eat it all Mark had duck confit with beans and veg I had a soft cheese with honey on for pud, mark had a coffee Would def recommend this place, not fancy but, home cooked and tasty and lovely staff Def return...

Wow!!! If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The duck confit with mushroom sauce my waiter recommended was probably the best I've ever had, I savoured every juicy bite! I found their menu very reasonably priced, especially the "combo" meals, where you get wine, an entree, and dessert. The staff were super kind and patient to translate the Spanish menu for me, and even explained local cuisine and recommended me their favorites. My chocolate cake was delicious, but far too dense and creamy for me to finish after my huge entree. Additionally, the views on the terrace is absolutely breathtaking, you're submersed in the middle of winding staircase/alley as people pass by. They do charge a few Euros to sit on the terrace, so ask to sit inside if you prefer a quieter, more intimate setting.
