The interior looks rustic and elegant, partly because of the exposed stone walls, which gives this place a really nice touch. The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered a tuna and salmon tartare with garnish of vegetables (5 out of 5), a duck thigh confit at low temperature with Pedro Ximenez sauce (5 out of 5), and for dessert we had a natural yogurt with mango grout and a Santago cake.
