We were going to eat here but decided to move on. The waiters were not interested in serving. Preferred to talk to each other. The drinks are expensive but that can be down to the location. No Tapas arrived when I asked the waiter he said not before 20.00 and walked away. It was 19.55. If you are looking for somewhere to eat don't bother with this place. There are so many other places that are far better.

Wonderful view with very friendly service. We had house red and white wines, the house salad and steak. They all were delicious. You pay a little extra for the view, but the food was better than expected based on the reviews of all the tourist restaurants that surround it. Definitely the one to chose. We are headed back there tonight for some wine and another light meal.

Al llegar fueron un poco reticentes a darnos mesa. Tras un tira y afloja con uno de los camareros, conseguimos que nos diesen mesa(con la pinta de senderistas que llevábamos pensaban que íbamos de tapeo o bocata en la mochila). Después ya sentados en la mesa y saboreando una cervecita, se acercó otro de los camareros y todo cambio. Trato exquisito, pendiente de si todo estaba de nuestro agrado. Ante la queja de que el pulpo no tenía mucho pimiento para degustar. Nos trajo un platito de unos pimientos de Padrón adicionales. Pimientos que nos ofreció por cortesía de la casa. Creo sinceramente que se dieron cuenta del error que tuvo el camarero al juzgarnos tan ligeramente y lo quisieron corregir. Así, que desde aquí les doy las gracias por como nos trataron después. Las gracias por esa magnífica cocina. Todo lo que degustamos estaba exquisito. Tras pagar nos invitaron a unos chupitos. Gracias. Muchas gracias por todo.... seguro que volveremos...el trato dado se lo merece..,. pero la cocina aún más...y el lugar a los pies de la Alhambra no tiene precio.... Hasta la próxima, que no será muy lejana

the food was delicious, we ordered gazpacho, sangria, ate spanish toast and calamari and hamburger. However the waiter who served us - Jose - behaved reprehensibly - we had only 40 minutes for eating because of the bus, but he assured us that the food would appear a few minutes after ordering. While we were waiting he served and brought food to 4 families who placed their orders after us. After 30 minutes he bring us our food - in addition the burger was half raw. When we asked why everything took so long he replied that it was our fault because at the beginning we said that the children would not eat - what was not the true ! the children ate, they only were sitting next to us table. Even if the food is very good, because of the service - because of that particular waiter - we will never go back there and we do not...

Worst service I’ve had in my entire life at this restaurant. Not only were the servers not interested in serving us, we had to wait (and I timed it) 30 mins to get served and wait over AN HOUR (yes I timed it again) to get our bill after finishing our meal while the patio was at quarter capacity. I’d also like to note, the only reason we even got to order is because the server came over to tell us not to open the umbrella while the hot sun was beaming down on us and that it’s not normal for a customer to open the umbrella. After eating, we had to signal over the server three separate occasions to come give us our bill. Absolute worst service I’ve had in my life at any restaurant. Last thing, I had to break a 100 bill and they provided 30 in change...

Looks can be deceiving. This place looks good but doesn't really deliver as a restaurant. Cold dining room and very mediocre food. Steak and chips is exactly that - a steak with a basket of chips. No veg, no garnish, no nothing. The lamb dish with a cream and garlic sauce 'in the Granada style' turned out to be grilled lamb chops and when we asked about the sauce, the waiter brought a dish of minced garlic. A disappointing last...
