I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the dining experience I had at your restaurant recently. Unfortunately, my overall impression of the evening was marred by the unprofessional and unethical behavior exhibited by one of your waitresses.

Let me begin by acknowledging the positive aspects of our visit. The tapas we ordered were absolutely delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the mouthwatering dishes that were served to us. However, the incident involving the chorizo dish left a lasting negative impression on our entire dining experience.

The chorizo dish itself was delicious and served to us hot, accompanied by a spicy chili oil. My family and I were thoroughly enjoying our meal when, to our disbelief, the waitress abruptly approached our table and swiftly snatched the remaining plate of chorizos away. To our utter disgust, she proceeded to serve the leftover chorizos to other tables, without any consideration for basic hygiene or ethical standards.

Despite my attempts to communicate with the waitress, a language barrier prevented me from fully understanding her response. Nonetheless, I made it clear through gestures and expressions that I did not appreciate her actions and requested her to refrain from serving leftover food to other guests. Unfortunately, she chose to ignore my concerns and continued with her unacceptable behavior.

I cannot stress enough the seriousness of this issue. The actions of the waitress not only displayed a lack of respect towards us as paying customers but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards upheld in your establishment. It is absolutely unacceptable for leftover food to be served to unsuspecting guests, and this incident has left me deeply disturbed.

I implore you to take immediate action to address this matter. It is imperative that your staff receives proper training on professionalism, customer service, and hygiene standards. Furthermore, I strongly recommend conducting a thorough investigation to prevent such incidents from occurring again...

We really enjoyed the food the service and the atmosphere here!

We were part of a tour group and this was a delightful late lunch stop for us. We did have to order in advance but were so happy with the variety and the taste of all we had. I’m not sure anyone had dinner tonight because we’re still full from the meal.

I do apologize for the pictures that show the dish after part of it had been eaten. I kept forgetting to get the shot before we dug into the meal but can assure you the food was presented well.

To the owner: Your restaurant is showing up as a hotel so I will report that to Google and try to get it...

My wife was very happy with her bream. It was served with prawns, assorted seafood and potato. My Entrecotte however was tough and grisly. My wife talked me into a second visit and again tried a steak to see if the first had just been an anomaly. Once again my wife's bream was good and my steak was tough. I suggest that if you like fish then try this restaurant otherwise look elsewhere. The restaurant is set at close to footpath/sidewalk level so wheelchair access is possible however the toilets are downstairs and I did not see wheelchair...
